I'm not sure when these photos were taken, but I expect that they were from over a year ago. The lovely Ms. Bell seemed to wear these particular pumps quite a bit, and I for one, thought they were outstanding. Especially for the toe cleavage they showed off. Lately however, she's sadly been seen in practically nothing else but sandals and peep toes....
