My wife (a 29 year old burlesque dancer) has taken some pictures and videos of herself wearing patent pumps barefoot. Can we send you the photos? She would love them to be on your Blog. Seeing as there is a lack of famous ladies wearing nice non-platform pumps these days. She has some rather expensive shoes too.

By the way, I encountered a blog from a person who drove from Atlanta to NYC to take photos of Meredith and Ann on the Today Show. If I can locate it, I'll post the address. His description of his work to get some photos really makes me appreciate the efforts of all those who produce the photos we take for granted, and feel that we can critique!!!
Unfortunately I believe many of the women who chose to wear closed toed pumps do so because they have toes such as those displayed in pic 6. Not because we like the look of the shoes. I agree, leave them on!

Yeah, she has some dog-ugly toes for sure...that big toe in particular. Be careful of what lurks inside those pumps!
