Nicky Hilton !!!

I believe this is the second time we've featured the lesser known sister of a celebrity (who we've also featured prior). The first was Haylie Duff. Well, now we have Paris Hilton's sister Nicky. Nicky may actually be sporting better toe cleavage than what Paris normally does. I really like her choice of footwear here.

    they're closed toe high heels & no stockings...or you can say barefeet inside closed pumps...i call them barepumps
