Great shoes showing toe cleavage but the proportion is not right for her. She would look much better with a single-sole shoe with a thinner heel. These make her look skinny rather than shapely.
Heels look horrible. Too round, too chunky. I do agree that a change is good, but not that. Pointed toe box, pencil thin heel, and a low profile heel is the best recipe.
