These photos are from an eBay poster (dramaclass01) who really enjoys her high heels. And she really enjoys showing them off as a means to liquidating them. We like her photos here. And we especially like her toe cleavage.

I do have a couple of pics of Ms. Couric in pumps. The toe cleavage is minimal; even arguable. I'll throw them out here in the next day or so since you asked.
