I said katie couric, but i just remembered before her was barbara eden as jeanie in I'm dream of Jeanie. Watching it now, but she always wore pink heels & was always barefoot in them that's where my love for the bare pump came, but Katie made it florish. Pam has come to her sinces cause when she was on that show "VIP" she wore nothing but but open toe pumps & sandals uggggghhhh
