600th Post !!!

Every time I hit a milestone like this, I find it harder and harder to believe I've been at this for so long now. 600 posts. And I find it even more unbelievable that I've been able to find the material I have for this amount of time. Over 3,200 photos. This site was intended as nothing more than an experiment back in 2007. I really hope the faithful followers have enjoyed all (or at least most of ) my entries over the last 27 months. I've tried to keep this professional looking and classy, and it's great to see that this site has gained the following it has.

What has happened to the lot of you? You had shown yourselves to be the leaders of the Hollywood toe cleavage movement, and had been the founding ladies from which this site evolved. But you've all been missing in action lately. Either not showing up in public at all, or showing up wearing something other than the wonderful footwear that made you so famous here.

Between you six, you've accounted for 92 blog posts here. But there hasn't been one post of any of you since June 1 of this year. That's over 3 months!!! Up until that time, you all had on average been a part of nearly every 5th post. Now we've gone over 75 consecutive posts without seeing hide nor hair (nor shoe) of any of you. C'mon girls, you can do better than that!

Blake Lively !!!

Blake Lively has decided to join us here once again. I was starting to get worried that she didn't like all the attention we were paying to her and her wonderful legs. Because for pretty much the entire summer, she was wearing nothing but the most butt-ugly sandals. And I'm not kidding. Do a Google image search on her. You'll see what I mean.

But she's back here now. And she's brought some unique looking pumps with her. Studded for extra pleasure. Not to mention the toe cleavage.

Kim Kardashian !!!

Lucky for us that Kim Kardashian continues to buck the trend these days, and keeps wearing her Louboutin Pigalles. And none of us here are going to be complaining. In fact, one could make the argument that there's a correlation between the wearing of the Pigalles and Kim's public recognizability factor. She seems to have gone from fairly obscure to fairly famous just in the time she started donning this make of heels. I say, keep doing what's working for you girl.

Here's Petra once again - but this time she's showing us the great legs that are attached to those bare feet in those toe cleavage pumps. I do have to admit I like her as a blonde (photos 3 and 4) more so than I do as a brunette. But then again, maybe it's just the bangs that I don't like. Wait a minute... what the heck am I doing looking above her hemline?
